17 April 2009

Whew! This was a close one. Pineiro pitched a gem, and I was tempted to let him finish the game. Instead, I brought in Franklin, who blew the save. The offense was fairly anemic, but Derosa came through with an off-the-bench HR, just when we needed it. McClellan got into a little bit of trouble but was able to finish the game.
